Registration Procedure

To register for the conference please click here to register online or download the fillable PDF (or MS-WORD) registration form which can be faxed, mailed or emailed to the address at the bottom of the form.
  
Online registration will close at midnight (local time) on Sunday, August 3; after that please register in person at the registration desk.  All conference materials may be picked up at the registration desk upon arrival.
  
The registration desk will be open all day, 7:30 am until 8:00 pm, on Tuesday, August 5, 2008, on the 2nd floor of the Michigan League. The registration desk will re-open at 7:30 am and close at 5 pm on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, August 6-8, 2008. On Saturday, August 9, it will open at 7:30 am and close at 2 pm.
 

Registration Fees

The registration fee covers all events and materials, except wireless internet access which costs $7.50 for the duration of the conference.  All conference fees are due in advance and must be paid in U.S. funds drawn on a U.S. bank payable to:  U-M Marketing and Conference Services.  Registrations may be charged to VISA, Mastercard, American Express and may also be faxed to (734) 764-1557.

Cancellation / Refund Policy

Cancellations received in writing or by fax prior to July  1, 2008, will be entitled to a full refund, minus a $50.00 handling charge.  Those who do not appear at the conference, thereby canceling by default, will not be eligible to receive any refund.  Refunds will take approximately six to eight weeks. 

Women & Minority Student Registration Fee Waiver for NACOB 2008

As of June 4, 2008 we have awarded the maximum number of women/minority registration fee waivers that could be funded by our NIH R13 grant award. We regret that no more fee waivers are available.
